ACA delivers software solutions to fashion retailers for more than 25 years. With this software, retailers can better perform their supply chain management. ACA recently developed an even better and more advanced  software system which they want to promote among  retailers who still use the old ACA software system and potential new clients.


CAMPAIGN



As fashion retailers are normally not that into software and technical stuff, Icemedia developed a glossy magazine in which interviews with fashion retailers were published. The interviews were held with entrepreneurs who already used the new ACA software. The advantages of the new ACA software were in this way subtle presented.

To create rumor around the new ACA software and the magazine the campaign set-up was as following:

1.     ACA clients received in a week time three postcards: one from Paris, one from  New York and one from Milan. The postcards were personalized and sent by employees from ACA. The postcards already created attention for the upcoming magazine.

2.     Some days later people received the personalized magazine per post with their name and a unique code on it.

3.     People could check their code on the activation website and win a fashion trip to Milan.
